Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in R&D for TikTok Shop’s Southeast Asia business, delivering end-to-end full-stack work across front-end pages, server-side APIs, data pipelines, and launch verification.
  • •Develop front-end and full-stack engineering features including data model abstraction, performance optimization, and user experience optimization.
  • •Leverage AI coding tools to build an AI-assisted R&D workflow covering requirement understanding, solution generation, code implementation, test verification, code review, and online troubleshooting.
  • •Participate in designing AI business implementation scenarios based on SEA business scenarios and agent applications to improve efficiency and solve business pain points.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or having recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Solid computer science foundation and strong engineering coding skills, proficient in at least one mainstream language or stack (TS/Go/Java/Android/iOS).
  • •Ability to design and develop modules, localize issues, and optimize performance under guidance.
  • •Strong full-stack engineering capability across front-end and back-end collaboration, delivering closed-loop AI product scenarios from interaction experience to API design and service implementation.
  • •Strong problem decomposition and logical analysis skills, with the ability to learn quickly and deliver solutions in complex scenarios.
