Collaborate across departments to spotlight venue offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show.
•Create and post real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories).
•Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams.
•Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
•Stay up to date with Instagram trends and collaborate across departments to highlight venue offerings, including ensuring signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional).
•Creative, proactive approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Music knowledge with event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
