Key Responsibilities

  • •Set strategy and roadmap for the Cards & Wallets team.
  • •Identify customer needs and define product investments that deliver customer value.
  • •Lead platform-scale execution with Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.
  • •Define success metrics using a data and experimentation-first mindset and adopt an AI-first product development approach.
  • •Deliver core product capabilities that drive Issuing volume and scale global card issuance capabilities reliably and securely.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years building high-scale products in fast-growing tech or fintech environments; 2+ years of experience in cards or payments products.
  • •Track record delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • •Translate technical complexity into customer impact and understand the needs of different customer segments.
  • •PM mindset with strong product instincts, data-based decision making, and demonstrated passion for AI-forward product thinking.
  • •Ability to set vision and strategy for a team with strong initiative and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
