•Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge to support styling.
•Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions to guide product selection.
•Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks that fit customers’ aesthetics and lifestyles.
•Drive results through customer connections, storytelling, and deep knowledge of brand/product attributes.
•Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions, while giving and receiving feedback constructively.
