•Serve as the primary liaison across retail operations, 3rd-party vendors, inspection center operations, and corporate partners.
•Manage a team of 10–15 and oversee a team over 60 employees, including performance management, scheduling, hiring, supervisor training, and safety culture, while ensuring DOT compliance.
