Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing and growing engineering teams.
  • •Proven experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity.
  • •Technical judgment to guide architecture, quality, and reliability decisions while empowering senior engineers.
  • •Experience leading significant technical initiatives end-to-end, such as decoupling or re-platforming consumer-facing systems within time constraints.
  • •Familiarity with modern full-stack development using declarative UI frameworks (React or React Native) and a backend-for-frontend approach; Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a related field.
