Key Responsibilities

•Determine and maintain optimal staffing levels; recruit, hire, educate, and motivate store team members to deliver a consistent customer experience.
•Drive store sales goals and productivity by measuring and monitoring progress against key targets; maximize profitability through expense control and asset protection.
•Manage store operations including schedules, loss prevention, store audits, weekly reporting, and adherence to company/store policies and procedures.
•Support in-store marketing events and build community relationships to generate brand awareness and drive customer engagement and traffic.
•Provide coaching and training, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure proper shipping/receiving to maintain store inventory.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 63,200 - 79,000 annually

•3+ years of multi-unit leadership or store management experience.
•People and performance management experience.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
