Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
  • •Prepare and analyze financial models, variance analyses, and trend reports
  • •Develop and maintain management reporting for leadership, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • •Analyze revenue, cost drivers, margins, and utilization related to professional services, managed services, and recurring revenue models
  • •Partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • •2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
  • •Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • •Experience preparing and interpreting financial statements and performance metrics
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
