Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Accounts Receivable GL accounts are accurate and collections are made within due dates.
  • •Complete accurate, timely invoicing and daily receipts for tuition, exam fees, trips, and other charges.
  • •Perform daily issuance and bank reconciliation support, including providing statements to the Treasury Accountant for receipt clearing.
  • •Manage petty cash and ensure payments follow company policies and DOA.
  • •Support Principal and HQ finance for budgeting, MIS, annual budget/strategic plan preparations, and month-end closing and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting.
  • •5+ years’ experience in a finance function.
  • •Professional qualification with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • •Ability to support budgeting and monthly MIS review with the Principal.
  • •Experience handling invoicing, receipting, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
