Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of Java internals and JVM memory management, including concurrency models for high-performance, thread-safe code.
  • •Proven experience profiling and optimizing distributed systems, including benchmarking and identifying performance regressions.
  • •Experience with benchmarking tools such as JMH and Rally, and implementing algorithmic or hardware-aware optimizations.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture (e.g., cluster state propagation and scaling challenges).
  • •Ability to use AI or advanced tooling to accelerate optimization, debug performance issues, and automate benchmarking workflows.
