Act as the technical subject matter expert for Flexible Tubing field operations, providing end-to-end technical support throughout the job cycle. Resolve technical issues during and after service execution, offer 24/7 support for critical incidents, and ensure compliance with Baker Hughes standards for Service Delivery and HSE. Coordinate with field personnel, clients, Engineering, and Technology to improve operational excellence, document lessons learned, and communicate findings and corrective actions.
