Job Summary

A Project Manager in the Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Enterprise Physical Security group leads early scoping, planning, execution, and closeout of hardware-focused projects. You’ll coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, firmware, software), plan prototype production with manufacturing, manage risks and deliverables, and evolve PM processes to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Create complete project schedule and planning documents including effort estimates, resource requirements, and capital costs
•Project execution according to the approved project plan and schedule
•Actively monitor project progress, track outstanding issues and risks and their mitigation plans, follow up on action items, and provide timely project status updates
•Actively manage and support cross-departmental project teams and technical leaders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
•Work with manufacturing teams to plan and coordinate prototype production

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
•A minimum of 4 years of experience in a hardware project or program management role is desirable
•A solid understanding of NPI projects and Product Lifecycle Management
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is considered a plus
•Background in hardware (mechanical, electrical, firmware) design development
