•Define offering scope, value propositions, target personas, use cases, and success metrics; partner with Value Engineering to embed accelerators and playbooks.
•Maintain the global portfolio roadmap including modules, AI capabilities, and innovation themes; monitor market trends and ServiceNow releases to prioritize development.
•Define pricing models, packaging structures, and service tiers; develop GTM toolkits (offering sheets, sales plays, use case packs, customer-value narratives).
•Drive R&D and innovation programs focusing on GenAI, agentic AI, automation, and industry innovations; ensure alignment with strategy and Now capabilities.
