Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare/review balance sheet and P/L schedules and consolidated final accounts per IFRS.
  • •Prepare and consolidate Annual Reports & Accounts and perform variance analysis.
  • •Produce Analytical Review and Group Review schedules for regional quarterly submissions.
  • •Review and approve journals; identify, drive, build, and operate improvements as BAU.
  • •Maintain documentation per SOX requirements, ensure SOPs are updated/tested by backups, and support UAT/dry runs for change requests while adhering to policies, audit controls, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CPA/ACCA/ICWAI with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (MBA also mentioned among acceptable qualifications).
  • •Prior experience in reporting profiles and exposure to month-end close.
  • •Strong knowledge of site reporting at financial institutions.
  • •Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • •Experience managing small teams (5+), with excellent communication and cross-border stakeholder collaboration.
