Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with the direct manager to ensure support for the site and team, and ensure compliance of junior staff with CATRION systems and processes.
  • •Train and induct junior team members in the CATRION quality system, deliver toolbox talks, and manage employee evaluations/appraisals and improvement plans.
  • •Conduct regular area reviews, monitor performance standards and customer satisfaction, and implement quality monitoring systems for client and contract compliance.
  • •Organize and manage housekeeping and accommodation services safely, including cleaning, laundering, and galley/mess duties in line with schedules and procedures.
  • •Support camp/site administration, manage budgets and cost/labour/overhead, handle stores shortages reporting, and manage client relationships and on-site meetings if requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma-level education.
  • •2–5 years of experience in a hospitality/operations environment.
  • •Sound knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene, ISO, and HACCP.
  • •Ability to coordinate across departments on quality and food safety issues.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team player.
