Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • •Build and manage operating rhythm including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare concise decision memos and board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and support sharper leadership trade-offs across people, capital, product, and market priorities; own special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams in fast-moving environments.
  • •Excellent judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
