Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for investment management clients.
  • •Receive client/partner service requests, execute daily client activity, oversee transaction processing, and resolve inquiries with appropriate documentation while keeping systems information up to date.
  • •Oversee development of action plans for client activities and ensure execution and follow-up.
  • •Ensure accurate setup of fees.
  • •Monitor operations and accounting activities to ensure necessary reports, documents, and action items are processed for the client servicing plan.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in financial servicing/accounting with a client servicing background.
  • •Proven understanding of the trading and settlement life cycle.
  • •Graduate (preferably MBA or equivalent).
  • •Good knowledge of investment reports and market questionnaires.
  • •Hands-on working knowledge of MS-Excel (preferred).
