Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard inventory suppliers and follow up on outstanding onboarding tasks in line with company policies.
  • •Validate supplier financial information and ensure supplier inventory invoices are ingested and routed for approval in the Coupa system.
  • •Liaise with internal stakeholders to support timely invoice approvals and research discrepancies.
  • •Create accurate and timely payment batches for approval for check runs and monitor payment inboxes to answer internal/external questions.
  • •Produce real-time payment health risk reporting, manage incorrect-payment risk via enhanced controls, and drive process/control improvements and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, or Finance (or a combination).
  • •Experience investigating complex data issues and building scalable solutions (1+ years, preferred).
  • •Prior experience in Accounts Payable.
  • •Experience with an ERP-based accounting system and strong accounting principles, including multinational entities, multi-currency transactions, and intercompany flows.
