Senior Director, Retail Logistics & Replenishment

Develop and execute replenishment strategies that align with business and supply chain objectives, leading process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Manage inventory performance across US retail, optimize inventory flow to reduce total cost-to-serve, and improve store/UPC forecasting accuracy. Lead customer engagement and joint business planning with key retailers, while creating KPI reporting dashboards and AI-driven insights. Provide people leadership to a team of replenishment directors and managers and partner cross-functionally to prevent issues.
