Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula support to clients as part of Loula’s provider network.
  • •Complete the Loula interest form and screening process to move forward with partnership.
  • •Meet and maintain required trainings (CPR and HIPAA) and documentation to qualify for ongoing work in the network.
  • •Participate in Loula’s credentialing and onboarding support for Medicaid and commercial plans in California.
  • •Work as an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network while receiving client referrals and operational support from Loula.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR/HIPAA/liability insurance or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out for support getting set up.
