Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development and implementation of authentication and authorization solutions for Mercado Envíos users, ensuring security, availability and operational continuity.
•Define and manage OKRs and KPIs aligned to IAM and Information Security strategy, implementing policies and standards for an ecosystem of over 130,000 identities.
•Coordinate initiatives with multiple areas such as Business, IT Shipping and IS Shipping, building work agreements to enable project execution focused on the end user.
•Manage the development and evolution of IAM tools and processes, incorporating intelligent automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve user experience in Shipping.
•Provide technical leadership to drive architecture and design discussions, including REST API development and relevant technologies.

Key Requirements

•Lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and high operational impact.
•Deep knowledge of Shipping domain and key operational use cases.
•Technical experience to drive architecture and design conversations, including REST APIs and languages such as Python, MySQL, Flask, or Node.js.
•Solid understanding of Information Security principles and their application to Identity & Access Management.
