Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform construction QA across Three Phase Inspection (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up) to ensure compliance with contract requirements, schedules, and safety plans.
  • •Provide full-time on-site inspection coverage, observe worksite activities, and verify quality control and safety compliance during construction operations.
  • •Identify, document, and report deficiencies; maintain and submit deficiency lists and ensure corrective actions are executed.
  • •Witness inspections and testing, review third-party test results, and perform QA validation testing as required.
  • •Support project closeout by documenting inspections, managing punch lists, preparing daily reports, and supporting final payment recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •HS plus 10 years of relevant construction experience with three (3) years of quality control management of DoD construction projects.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •Must pass state and federal criminal history/security background checks for security-sensitive projects/clients.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, including Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up phases of control.
  • •Experience conducting inspections/witnessing testing and interpreting third-party test results; proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, RMS or similar).
