Deliver timely, accurate service for client transactions and proper handling of assigned funds while creating a positive in-branch experience. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calls to identify opportunities and refer clients to appropriate teams. Educate customers on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures, and support new account openings and issue resolution.
