Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing platform solutions (SDKs, developer frameworks, or internal tooling) with a user-first approach for ML researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • •Excellent software design and development in Python, along with one of Scala, Java, or C++.
  • •Experience working on or alongside modern, large-scale ML services and understanding the full lifecycle from data/features to training, experiment tracking, and production deployment.
  • •Familiarity with ML workflow orchestration and experiment tracking (ideally with Metaflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar).
  • •5+ years of full-time software engineering or machine learning experience with a bachelor’s and master’s degree; or a PhD degree.
