Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a team of software and quality engineers delivering compliance automation, AI solutions, risk controls, and regulatory technology platforms.
  • •Own the compliance and risk engineering roadmap, balancing regulatory urgency, technical sustainability, and product prioritization.
  • •Translate regulatory requirements into technical delivery plans and oversee platforms, automation, and AI solutions for compliance and risk capabilities.
  • •Proactively manage system reliability and performance for compliance and risk systems, partnering with SaaS providers and internal teams.
  • •Own problem and incident management, including root cause analysis, RCA sessions, and defect/enhancement delivery to reduce recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership.
  • •5+ years leading ML and automation solutions, including 3+ years deploying AI solutions.
  • •Demonstrated delivery of compliance, regulatory, risk, or governance technology in a large enterprise environment.
  • •Working knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks including GDPR and CCPA.
