Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of participants and guide them through the Restart journey to sustained employment.
  • •Deliver one-to-one coaching, needs assessments, and tailored action plans to address barriers to work.
  • •Provide practical employability support including CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and job search techniques.
  • •Build trust-based relationships to motivate and support participants in achieving their goals.
  • •Work with employers and internal teams to identify opportunities, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
