Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical domain expert for a global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
  • •Drive end-to-end AV logistics, managing purchase orders and vendor relationships to order, configure, and ship equipment for scheduled global site readiness.
  • •Work with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings to final commissioning.
  • •Provide Tier 3 operational support, resolving complex hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure to maximize meeting uptime.
  • •Design and support the MTR ecosystem, including Cisco hardware integration, Teams Phone architecture, call handling components, and automation via Webex/Microsoft Graph.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in Audio Visual engineering, design, and enterprise support.
  • •Deep technical expertise configuring and fixing AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
  • •Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast) for AV traffic (Dante, AES67, NVX).
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
