Job Summary

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for enterprise CRM initiatives, including end-to-end projects and strong exposure to Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities. Use Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript to build features, while applying Salesforce declarative and administration best practices. Collaborate with internal clients and agile teams to gather requirements, analyze and fix issues, and work independently with ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level CRM projects.
•Liaise with internal clients and users to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
•Work in an Agile environment to reproduce, analyze, and fix issues with project/business teams.
•Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management.
•Collaborate on Salesforce declarative and administration activities to support Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud implementations.

Key Requirements

•6-7 years of work experience in Salesforce.com projects, or at least 3 end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects in enterprise-level engagements.
•4-5 years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions.
•Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
•Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities).
•Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (PD1/PD2).
