Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction for overall production and maintenance operations in line with company vision and values.
  • •Manage and coordinate daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency expectations.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and implement process improvements for cost reduction, asset utilization, and team balancing.
  • •Oversee predictive/preventative maintenance coordination and execution through the facility maintenance management system to meet reliability expectations.
  • •Ensure safe and environmentally compliant production, maintain compliance/training (including monthly OSHA compliance training), and assume plant manager responsibilities as needed.
