Job Summary

Lead onsite production and maintenance operations at a precast concrete facility in Stone Mountain, driving a Culture of Safety while coordinating daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency goals. Manage predictive and preventative maintenance through the maintenance management system, ensure OSHA compliance training, oversee training and succession planning, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across cost reduction, asset utilization, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and direction for overall production and maintenance operations in line with company vision and values.
•Manage and coordinate daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency expectations.
•Drive continuous improvement and implement process improvements for cost reduction, asset utilization, and team balancing.
•Oversee predictive/preventative maintenance coordination and execution through the facility maintenance management system to meet reliability expectations.
•Ensure safe and environmentally compliant production, maintain compliance/training (including monthly OSHA compliance training), and assume plant manager responsibilities as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
•Associates degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production, or related field, or Bachelors’ degree preferred.
