Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Principal Consultants and Associate Directors on technical, managerial, and financial matters for transport planning projects.
  • •Technically lead pedestrian modelling work: develop models, calibrate and validate, and resolve complex modelling issues.
  • •Prepare scope and fee estimates and help ensure projects are delivered to budget and KPIs are met.
  • •Mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and professional development.
  • •Provide client contact and liaison, including producing high-technical-standard reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and demonstrable experience technically leading pedestrian modelling projects and delivering project data.
  • •Proficient in developing models, including calibration and validation, producing reports and presentations.
  • •Good experience in data collection and data analysis, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • •Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools and ability to deal with complex modelling issues.
  • •Relevant BSc/MSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or Transport Planning (or equivalent).
