Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR point of contact for ~125 employees across France, Italy, and Spain.
  • •Advise on employee relations matters including performance, conduct, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • •Represent the business in France’s employee representative body (CSE), preparing agendas and supporting documentation.
  • •Review offer letters and employment contracts, manage contract variations and employment documentation across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Oversee offboarding processes (exit interviews), monitor probation and performance reviews, and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous HR advisory/HR business partner experience with strong employee relations expertise.
  • •Experience supporting employee representative bodies or works councils/consultation forums.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • •Knowledge of employment law and HR practices across France, Italy and Spain (advantageous).
  • •Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or an equivalent professional qualification.
