Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee electronic cycle counts and physical audits to maintain near-perfect record accuracy
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions our ERP and WMS systems
  • •Monitor shelf-life sensitive materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality storage regulations via the AS9100 Quality Management System
  • •Generate KPI reports and visual dashboards to track inventory health, aging stock, and transaction records
  • •Collaborate with other manufacturing stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficient forecasting and planning

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • •Typically 3–5+ years in inventory control within an aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environment
  • •Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo (highly preferred), advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), and potentially SQL for data mining
  • •Familiarity with AS9100 standards and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations for the management of government property
  • •Managing parts with unique serial numbers or traceability requirements where a single error can halt production
