Key Responsibilities

  • •Own system design of auxiliaries for all Upgrades solutions, covering process definition, item and instrumentation selections, and installation.
  • •Attend site surveys to define new supply and integrate it into existing plant systems; use a reverse-engineering approach.
  • •Develop predictive system design through modeling and numerical automation to foresee transient behaviors and define high-level control logic.
  • •Execute design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects, following engineering practices and business standards through verification, procurement, testing/validation, and installation support.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage the engineering hours budget, and lead activities for assigned projects while supporting OPEX spare parts processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Have experience in an Oil & Gas or energy-related engineering environment.
  • •Have knowledge of fluid systems and familiarity with computational simulation tools (e.g., Hysys, FlowMaster, Matlab/Simulink or similar).
  • •Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
  • •Fluency in English and good interpersonal/communication skills (Italian is an advantage).
