Job Summary

Product Marketing Manager responsible for positioning, ICP definition, and go-to-market messaging for Workerbase’s AI-driven manufacturing platform. Own full-funnel marketing from messaging to sales enablement, product launches, and thought leadership in the industrial enterprise space, translating complex technology into credible, ROI-focused narratives for global manufacturing brands.

Key Responsibilities

•Own positioning and messaging for Workerbase – across industries, personas, and use cases – anchored in manufacturing and industrial enterprise.
•Define and evolve our ICP. You know who we're targeting, why they buy, and what makes them hesitate.
•Build and maintain the messaging architecture: value propositions, persona narratives, competitive differentiators.
•Enable the sales team with battle cards, pitch decks, case study narratives, and objection-handling frameworks.
•Plan and execute product launches – working closely with product to turn new features into market moments.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, industrial automation, ERP, MES, or other traditional enterprise verticals.
•Ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories for enterprise buyers (e.g., VP of Operations, procurement leads).
•Hands-on marketer who writes copy, builds decks, and runs product launches without requiring a brief from others.
•Regular use of AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and campaign execution.
•Bonus: German language at C1 level or above and/or experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, or production environments.
