Perform light preventative maintenance, support back-of-line changeovers while preventing product mix-ups, and maintain cleanliness of the units and work area in a fast-paced manufacturing production environment.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Address LGV and end-of-line equipment alarms and faults, including palletizers, pallet labelers, and injection molding machines, to keep LGVs up and running.
•Prep and approve trailers for automatic loading by LGVs, verify trailer paperwork and data, and secure loads.
•Perform light general and preventative maintenance to ensure LGVs operate properly.
•Assist with back-of-line changeovers while ensuring product is not mixed and is properly labeled.
•Maintain units and work area cleanliness; complete other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED plus two (2) years of experience with light preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, production equipment operation, and LGV or AGV operation.
•Basic math and computer skills.
•Good written and oral communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.
•Able to learn and follow established procedures and work in a fast-paced manufacturing production line environment, including overtime as needed.
