Associate Cost Manager

Manage cost and commercial performance for infrastructure projects by administering contracts, monitoring cost variance and cash flow, and producing accurate forecasts and reporting to completion. Collaborate with client and contractor teams to drive value engineering, handle contract changes within governance, and support stakeholders with commercial guidance. Lead people and help negotiate and agree final accounts, ensuring best-practice cost forecasting and budgeting accuracy.
