Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies, including post-contract administration.
  • •Provide cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget, managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams on delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, cost control, and value engineering.
  • •Manage contract change within governance, drive improvements to forecast/budget accuracy, and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost/commercial management experience across major programmes and projects.
  • •Preferably MRICS qualifications.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C (Target Cost).
  • •Post-contract administration experience, including contract change management.
  • •Experience working on infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways) and the ability to lead and manage teams.
