Job Summary

Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leads with cost control and earned value management. Help develop EAC/LRE inputs, perform EV and financial variance analysis, and prepare forecasts and Budget Change Requests while partnering on EVMS processes. Use APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX reporting tools to drive predictable cost and schedule, ensuring program financial commitments are met through clear analysis and communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly, including cost estimates and risk/opportunity assessment.
•Perform detailed earned value (EV) and financial analysis against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs and EAC/LRE development.
•Provide monthly variance reporting and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs to drive predictable cost and schedule.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems.
•Experience with MS Office tools, including navigating Excel.
•Perform EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Ability to communicate effectively and operate both independently and in a team environment to drive predictable results.
