Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of technical architects and developers supporting DCSA background investigation systems.
  • •Conduct assessments of existing background investigation support systems and processes across DCSA and other federal agencies.
  • •Design and propose scalable, efficient, and compliant solution architectures aligned with federal regulations.
  • •Collaborate with development teams to implement, review, and assess the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain software and data processing components, including Natural (ADABAS), file transfers with Connect:Direct, batch processing with JCL, and queues/flows using IBM MQ.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s with 15+ years (or commensurate experience) on large scale application design and development.
  • •Expert proficiency programming in Natural using ADABAS.
  • •Experience developing using Software AG’s NaturalONE Eclipse-based development environment.
  • •5+ years project management experience and 5+ years working with customers on defining requirements.
  • •Must have an active Top Secret Clearance and be able to attain an SCI.
