Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out detailed quantification and ensure tender documents and submissions align with requirements.
  • •Prepare and manage project budgets by monitoring costs, tracking expenditures, and identifying variances.
  • •Support tendering by preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • •Administer construction contracts by reviewing terms, processing change orders, and supporting resolution of contractual disputes.
  • •Conduct quantity takeoffs and implement cost control, including risk identification, quality inspections, and progress/cost reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience and 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, materials, labor costs, and other factors to determine budgets.
  • •Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities using standard methods of measurement.
  • •Knowledge of Principles of Measurement (International) 1979, including NRM2, CESSMMIII, QSSM, QCS, and FIDIC.
  • •Use computer-based quantification systems (CCS/Candy), AutoCAD for quantity takeoff, and ERP tools preferably SAP.
