  • •Identify and continuously resolve clients’ DevOps challenges to earn trust and appreciation
  • •Guide development teams to deliver projects successfully while building organizational capabilities for ongoing success
  • •Understand client business requirements and design/implement architectures combining Red Hat and partner cloud/DevOps solutions
  • •Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Engineering, Business Development, Consulting, Support, Sales) to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • •Play a key role in developing technology roadmaps that align with client needs and drive adoption of Red Hat services and products
