Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of private equity fund accounting services with accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Prepare and review financial statements and investor reporting.
  • •Assist with valuations and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
  • •Reconcile financial information and investigate discrepancies.
  • •Process and monitor expenses, fees, and fund activity; contribute to regulatory/reporting deadlines and process improvements.

  • •Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits/credits and reconciliations.
  • •Attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
