•Use algorithms to better understand advertisers, creators, and creatives and improve match-making precision.
•Contribute to online modeling of large-scale commercial traffic to optimize creative distribution within recommendation and ads systems.
•Develop allocation strategies for natural and ads traffic to increase value for advertisers and creators.
•Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and test new algorithms that improve content recommendation accuracy.
•Analyze large datasets, run experiments, and build metrics to validate and track performance of ad and creative distribution strategies.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
•Research/internship experience or coursework in machine learning, with preference for recommendation systems exposure (e.g., RecSys, NLP, CV, GE).
•Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or Golang).
•Strong interest in exploring new technologies with ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
•Good communication skills and eagerness to collaborate and learn within a team.
