Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee equipment performance and execute the maintenance schedule; implement actions to improve equipment reliability
  • •Ensure preventive maintenance is performed and the weekly maintenance schedule is followed
  • •Escalate operational issues to maximize speed of resolution and manage the maintenance team (coaching, development, training, rules compliance)
  • •Manage team time and ensure achievement of departmental efficiency and financial targets; perform DMAIC problem solving on technical stoppages
  • •Provide electrical technical expertise for maintenance, performance enhancements, and equipment/infrastructure improvements
