Job Summary

Build and deploy SCADA applications using the AVEVA/Wonderware ecosystem, working with IT specifications and addressing incidents across Intouch, Alpana, and Historian Insight. Diagnose and troubleshoot Wonderware issues, administer and evolve the platform, and manage the release engineering process with change/release plans. Execute testing in Dev/QA environments, perform root-cause analysis, and create run books and knowledge base documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deploy new SCADA applications (Intouch platform, Alpana, Historian Insight) based on IT BRD.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Wonderware applications, including root-cause analysis.
•Administer and perform small evolutions on the Wonderware/AVEVA platform and manage design documentation.
•Execute test cases in Dev and QA environments and ensure testing of software deliveries.
•Manage the release engineering process by creating a change and release plan and guardrailing the release process.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations with domain knowledge of the Wonderware/AVEVA platform (mainly Intouch/Wonderware IAS, Alpana, Historian Insight).
•Mandatory training and certification on the AVEVA System platform.
•Proficiency with AVEVA system platform components including AVEVA Application Server and AVEVA Historian server.
•Experience with plant modeling and automation objects, including I/O communication, alarms, history, security, redundancy, and scripting.
•Experience working with communication/network protocols such as OPC, Modbus, Profibus, MQTT, and Ethernet/IP, plus agile project methodologies.
