Key Responsibilities

  • •Check your delivery routes for the day and plan efficient deliveries to customers.
  • •Load and prepare your van, ensuring all orders are together and ready to deliver directly.
  • •Complete appropriate vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health & safety.
  • •Be an ambassador for the Waitrose brand, delivering great customer service and helping customers with their shopping.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks such as stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Great customer service skills.
  • •Time management skills.
  • •Able to cope with the physical requirements of the role (e.g., lifting crates, moving cages).
  • •Comfortable working independently with self-motivation and adaptability, and be IT literate.
