Job Summary

Keep the Brooklyn Bowl Philly culinary and dining areas running smoothly by washing and storing dishes and cookware, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting kitchen readiness for peak service. You’ll operate dish-washing equipment, handle garbage removal and floor sanitizing, restock cleaning supplies, and assist with basic workstation setup while following company and federal/state/local procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
•Load and unload dish washing machines and wash items by hand when needed.
•Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly and rotate food and supplies.
•Set up workstations before meal prep begins and ensure enough clean dishes, utensils, and glassware during peak hours.
•Maintain sanitation and cleaning supplies, including garbage removal and sanitizing the kitchen area and floor.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Dishwasher in fine dining, hospitality, and/or casual dining.
•Ability to handle multiple priorities and follow instructions.
•Written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for long periods; state-issued Health Card required.
