Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in product, design, or adjacent builder roles, including taking a product from concept to initial release (v1).
  • •Hands-on experience designing measurable improvements using evals to steer iteration and decide between quick fixes vs systematic fixes.
  • •Daily experience using AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor, and the ability to explain tooling choices.
  • •Desire to be an IC in prompts, code, and data, delivering multiple PRs per week.
  • •Time zone overlap: 4+ hours overlapping with the Eastern Time Zone team members.
