Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all activities follow safe operational practices and procedures to protect employees, the system, and the public.
  • •Oversee functional areas including service, construction/maintenance, meter reading, leak survey, corrosion, measurement, instrumentation, and controls.
  • •Manage multiple budgets, monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures, and conduct annual performance reviews for assigned employees.
  • •Maintain productivity and safety standards by running training programs and ensuring work follows policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
  • •Coordinate materials and personnel needs, respond to customer inquiries/complaints, and manage emergency response/leak management including 24-hour on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and three years of related experience; or a high school diploma/GED and five years of related experience.
  • •Oversee operations with knowledge of federal/state laws and company standards to ensure compliance with internal/external audits and regulatory requirements.
  • •Provide explanations of technical or complex matters to people with little or no background.
  • •Perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and simple statistical methods to reconcile financial statements and accounts.
  • •Valid driver's license.
