•Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and recommending tailored solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs
•Educate customers on digital/mobile banking options and assist with transactions via app or ATMs
•Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to address more complex financial needs
•Conduct outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups to ensure ongoing suitability of products
•Adhere to all financial policies, proper cash handling, and state/local regulations while delivering exceptional service
