Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electromechanical preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
  • •Test, diagnose, and resolve issues on mechanical, thermal imaging, data writing, and ultraviolet curing systems.
  • •Complete repairs including cleaning components, calibrating sensors and data read/write devices, and evaluating/replacing parts and sensors.
  • •Troubleshoot card printer systems using repair/service manuals, laptop and test equipment, and document service activity and call management.
  • •Drive to customer sites daily, interact with customer operations staff, and support learning and development including training and helping less experienced personnel.
